Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with our product for any reason, we will accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. We will either exchange the product for a similar product or we will refund your purchase (less shipping & handling).
Warranty
21 Century Smoking warrants the purchaser of our product that it will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase. During this period the Company will repair or replace defective unit. Exclusions to this warranty would include any modifications made to the unit and general misuse or inadequate maintenance.
